Refund policy

Here at Bang On The Door, we understand problems happen with orders. Maybe the packaging got accidentally damaged in the mail and the shirt was spoiled; Maybe the T-Shirt you ordered doesn't fit as you had hoped.

We are very understanding, and do allow returns and offer refunds for orders that necessitate it.

All returns and refunds must be organised within 21 days from the original purchase.

Our policy is to please reach out to us so we can organise the return of the item. We are trying to be as sustainable as possible, so don't want to receive the product back in a single-use plastic envelope. 

ALL queries/questions/messages regarding returns and refunds will be answered within 24 hours, and Refunds/Returns will be processed ASAP.

We do offer refunds, but please get in contact with us first so we can organise it with you.
